Man, K'nex rocks. I decided to make a fully-functional pinball game for the hell of it today, and I've gotten really far. It's got working flippers that use rubber bands to give that realistic arcade "springy" action, a ball launcher (I used an old Big Ball Factory ball for the pinball), and a couple of obstacles on the course (rubber bands, spinners, etc). It's tilted perfectly, too! What I'm gonna try to do next is install some sort of bonus chute that'll allow you to run over a sensor with the ball, activate a motor that's tied into a chain lift system, and pull the ball to the top of a chute and twirl it down. Gonna be hella-cool.
